Visiting & Cafeteria Hours

Visiting Hours
Visiting hours vary among the nursing units. Waiting rooms are located on all units. Restrooms are located near each waiting room and by the cafeterias.

Adult/Medical Surgical Units
11:00 a.m. - 8:30 p.m.

Maternity Unit
Fathers, grandparents and siblings are always welcome to visit mom and the new baby, Other relatives and friends: 2:00 p.m. - 3:30 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. - 8:30 p.m.

Intensive Care Units
Ten minutes per hour. Visitors limited to immediate family, two at a time. Intensive care units require that visitors check-in with the nurse's station before entering a room.

Cafeteria Hours
There are two cafeterias on the Sanford Health campus - the Main Cafeteria and the Dakota Food Court. Both are open to visitors.

Main Cafeteria
The Main Cafeteria, located on the ground floor of the East Patient Building, is open the following hours:
5:30 a.m. - 2:00 a.m.

Dakota Food Court
The Dakota Food Court is located in the lower level of the Surgical Tower and offers HotStuff food items such as personal pizzas as well as soups, salads and sandwiches. Hours: Monday - Friday 6:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
